I was in Wintergrasp fishing for today’s daily fishing quest. I was with my alliance level 79 rogue twink and my only weapon was my fishing rod. But that mattered little since I was in our graveyard and where I was standing, I was immune to everything. No one can’t do anything to me. If I go a little be further on the rock, I wouldn’t be immune any longer and could be killed.
To be sure I don’t make any mistake, I have an add-on that shows that big yellow sign of immunity on my screen. I know that as long as it is there, no one can harm me.
Just as I was leaving, and I was beginning to hearth back to Dalaran, a lvl 80 Horde shaman with a good mix of PvP and PvE gear, Nersuz, tried to hit me.
“Oh? Is he that dumb that he didn’t notice I was immune?”, I thought.
I thought maybe he didn’t know, but he certainly would find out if he kept on hitting me and could see that nothing happened to me. But I couldn’t kill him where he was (I was not immune where he was and there is no chance my 79 rogue could take down a well spec’ed lvl 80 shaman).
So I had to make him come to me. Best on top of the graveyard where I have enough room to move without my immunity disappearing.
So I stealthed and made fun of him to provoke him (see the chatbox).
And then I flew up and landed in the graveyard and stealthed again. I made sure he saw where I landed, so I was sure he could easily find me again.
“Naaaah!”, I thought, “he is not that stupid that he’ll fall for it! I’m wasting my time.”
Well… He was that stupid!
He landed and tried to take me out of stealth by damaging me. Since I can’t take damage, I didn’t get out of stealth and I could hit him and stun him while other alliance helped me kill him.
So I got 72 honor, and he got a flag up his ass.
